9月から販売予定の「星降るレストラン」プランをご紹介いただきました。
このプランは星空に見立てた和食懐石のご夕食で、
最後の２品ほどを屋外テーブルにて星空の下で
お楽しみ頂けるプランです。
お食事は道東の新鮮な食材に徹底的にこだわり抜いた
季節の料理を提供します。
和食一筋の料理人が、素材の一つひとつを吟味して集めた食材で、
北海道の大自然を感じられる料理を提供いたします。

The magazine introduces
our new “Starlit Restaurant” plan,
which will be available starting in September.

In the spring when the ice that covered the lake melts, the vegetation sprouts all at once, and the animals rush out of the forest with a joyful voice. In the summer, cherry salmon climb the waterfall, and in the fall, the fiery autumn leaves are projected on the lake. In winter, the most beautiful season, you can see whooper swans resting on the shores of the lake from distant Siberia and red foxes walking over the frozen lake.
