We would like to introduce some of the café’s food menu items.
The pudding, made with eggs from Shibecha in Hokkaido and milk from Teshikaga, is a melt-in-your-mouth dish with a rich, rich flavor and gentle sweetness.
For lunch, we offer takikomi-gohan ochazuke, a dish of takikomi-gohan made with premium fish known as “kinki” in Hokkaido.
We offer a variety of carefully selected dishes.
